Our customer specific, assignment led approach is built on the philosophy that we work in close professional partnership with our clients to guarantee a successful outcome – the right profile of candidate attracted within clear agreed timescales.

To achieve this, our approach is to conduct comprehensive managed assignments which will encompass:

  • A highly experienced Consultant conducts an up-front meeting with the key decision-makers to confirm the Job Specification and Candidate Profiles.

This initial briefing meeting is the most important stage to ensure a successful outcome – there is no point dreaming up a profile of a candidate who will not want to do the job!

  • From this point on, the entire recruitment process is handled personally by that individual plus the back up support of a dedicated Resource Assistant.
  • Open discussion as to the most appropriate source to generate a strong short list.

Morgan Consultancy maintains a powerful data-base of accountancy professionals seeking career development; however, certain roles may need additional pro-active marketing through Press/Internet advertising or a mail-shot campaign in order to guarantee the strongest possible short list from which to select the ideal candidate.

  • In-depth interviews with all potential short list candidates against the agreed criteria.
  • Presentation of a short list of typically 3-5 candidates for final client interviewassessment.

All candidates will have been fully briefed and capable of doing the job! It is the consistent delivery of this service that guarantees a successful outcome.

  • We maintain contact with all parties through notice period and progress in the successful candidate’s new career role.
  • For Interim Management introductions, the same robust Consultancy service and advice is provided.
Typically, however, additional advertising will not be required and we make a strong recommendation of 1 or 2 experienced Interims for our client to meet.
